Irena Barać, dr med.

Irena Barać was born  in Podgorica, where she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montenegro, in 2006, earning the title of Doctor of Medicine.

She completed her specialization in Clinical Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.

She is currently completing her subspecialization in Laboratory Endocrinology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, which she has finished on October 31, 2024.

She is a member of the Montenegrin Society of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, as well as a member of the Association of Endocrinologists of Montenegro.

She is currently employed at the Center for Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics of the Clinical Center of Montenegro, where she serves as Head of the Department for Endocrinology, Specific Proteins, and Tumor Markers.
