Abstracts

Abstract Submission

Conference participants are encouraged to submit abstracts. The presenting author must register to attend the congress.

Abstracts are welcome in all areas of laboratory medicine, broadly defined.
Free communications will be presented in the form of posters.

General Information

• Submission deadline:
  Abstracts must be submitted by May 10^th, 2025.
• Notification of acceptance or rejection:
  Authors will be informed of acceptance or rejection by May 15^th, 2025.
• Registration:
  The presenting author of each abstract must be registered for the conference.

How to Prepare and Submit an Abstract

The main body of the abstract should be divided into the following sections:
Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions

• Tables and figures are not allowed.
• References are not allowed.
• When using abbreviations, write out the full term the first time it appears in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Use the abbreviation throughout the rest of the abstract.
• Abstracts are limited to 250 words (excluding the title, author names, and affiliations).
