Your data on the CGDKH portal

The portal processes your name, email, institution, licence number and phone number for account management, membership requests and registration for professional events. Identity is provided by your ChatGPT account. Registration data is available to authorised Society administrators.

Registration and fees

Contact the Society for registration fee payment instructions. Your application is recorded immediately; the organiser confirms participation after review. Online card payment is not available.

Contact and user requests

For access, correction or a request to delete your data, contact the Society at cgdrustvokhlm@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed in line with the Society’s record retention obligations.

Technical data

Sign-in uses necessary authentication cookies. This portal does not include advertising tracking. Do not enter patient data or medical test results in portal forms.
