Danilo Radunović, dr med.
Clinic for Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation, Clinical Center of Montenegro, Podgorica, MontenegroDanilo Radunović graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montenegro and was awarded the Capital City Award for his academic achievements. He completed his postgraduate specialization in Nephrology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb.
He completed his medical internship at the Health Center Podgorica and the Clinical Center of Montenegro. Afterwards, he worked as a clinical physician at the Nephrology Clinic of the Clinical Center of Montenegro, and then as a nephrology resident at the same clinic.
He completed his specialization in Nephrology at the Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb, Croatia, at the Department of Nephrology, Arterial Hypertension, Dialysis, and Transplantation.
He is currently working at the Nephrology Clinic of the Clinical Center of Montenegro.
He is also a teaching associate in Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montenegro.
He is a member of ERA-EDTA (European Renal Association – European Dialysis and Transplant Association), YNP (Young Nephrologists’ Platform within ERA-EDTA), ESOT (European Society for Organ Transplantation), and several ERA-EDTA working groups. He is also a member of the ESH (European Society of Hypertension), the Croatian Society of Nephrology, the Croatian Society of Hypertension, and the Croatian Society for Organ Replacement.
He has participated in numerous educational programs both in Montenegro and abroad and has been involved in several projects, including the project for establishing and opening the HLA Typing Laboratory in Montenegro.
